Once you've submitted the Google Forms, we'll receive an email notification immediately to act as fast as possible. We'll immediately get to work to get justice for you.

The first thing we'll do is that we'll contact the Adopt Me! support team. Don't worry, if we receive a response from them, we'll reply back on your behalf.

The next thing we'll do is that we'll post your incident on Instagram. We've teamed up with @adoptme.police on Instagram. It is an Instagram account dedicated to spread awareness about the dangers of Adopt Me! trading. We'll upload your username and the scammer's username, along with the screenshot you shared (if any).

We'll also will hunt down the scammer. This means, by using the internet, we'll identify who this person is and we'll send the details to the Hammer of Justice (HOJ).

Once we've concluded the investigation, we'll press charges against the scammer.

Your privacy

Your privacy will be strongly protected. We'll NOT expose your details until you've given permission to us. Such as when we are about to confront the scammer, we'll ask you first.

Things to consider

• If Adopt Me! cannot help out on your case, we have no other choice but could not retrieve your items back.

• If we're able to contact the scammer, we'll immediately message the scammer in many ways. We'll demand the scammer to return back your items, or they'll be prosecuted.

• If we're unable to contact the scammer, we can't help you.

Compensation

If we can't retrieve your items back, and ONLY IF the item requires Robux or it is ultra-rare and legendary, we'll compensate QQ$5,000.00 per item (if with evidence).

If you'd like us to cover your loss, you agree that you're NOT allowed to trade in Adopt Me! for 30 days. Your Adopt Me! trading will also be under supervision by us for the next few days.
